About our Services
T2E services are aimed at getting people to work. Registered users can let us know their travel needs, and request transport where there are no public transport services appropriate.
You will need to register to use the services, by clicking on the user sign up page. We will expand our network as people ask for transport, and keep you in touch with alternatives.
How we connect you from A to B
Registration
You will need to let us know about your travel needs, where you are travelling from and to; and times you need to get there (and back).
Existing travel options
We will look at the existing transport services available, provide an overview for you, and link you into existing or new services where appropriate. This can include new services in one direction if an appropriate service would get you there or back in one direction.
Travel cost support
Travel cost support may be available in some circumstances, and we will work with you to find out what is available to your individual circumstances.
Travel Bookings
We will note your travel needs, shift start and end, childcare, or training times, and meet your transport needs, fill gaps in existing services, or provide new services if necessary. We will give you a personal timetable that will always get you to work before your shift starts, and pick you up after it ends.
On the Road
We know things change, people get ill, shift times change. We will provide a support line for you to work out any kinks, problems, or what we can do if something goes wrong.
